Gail formed the business in 1994 and draws on her wide-ranging public service and commercial experience in NZ and overseas. She continues to work in voluntary roles in community and service organisations as well as being a Justice of the Peace.

Gail is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
